Overview

Our refund and returns policy are simple.

Refunds

You are aware that once the color name has been purchased it cannot be refunded.
You are solely responsible for your purchase and therefore agree that no refunds can be accepted.
Be sure that you want this feature and be sure that you can afford this features!
We do no accept refund if you change your mind or if you get banned!

Exchanges

When you buy a color name be sure that the color match your request, if your RGB code submitted is incorrect please warn immediately Falcon or Romu by a pm on our Discord support server.
Once accepted and validated, the color name can no longer be changed.

Gifts

You can buy and gift a color name to another player.
Simply fill the gear name, the account name and the email name with one from your friend.
